I keep bringing my knees up to the bar instead of my toes in my kip. How do I bring my toes instead (gliding out more, shooting my feet up more)?

Also any general kip tips? I’m so inconsistent and recently they haven’t been working. What helped you guys get your kips? Any tips, techniques, etc are appreciated!
 
You could try glide swings where you “snap” your toes to the bar, without the kip. It might be that you’re having trouble putting everything together, so it could help to break your kip down into the individual pieces. I bet your coach has a lot more tips!
