gymlover, your question is just too open ended. Example routines for four events for each of three different levels? I doubt if anyone has enough time to answer.

if you are between levels (part of your question in one of your requests) your coach will likely place you in the lower level, as you can't compete different events at different levels. I find most coaches want their girls to be successful at the correct level as opposed to push them into a higher level without the required skills. But, you likely have several months before you/your coach have to decide since qualifiers don't start until later in the fall. If there are one or two things you are missing you have time to get them.

my suggestion for routine examples is to go to YouTube, but add Ontario championships to your search, so you are sure to get Canadian examples. Levels 7 and 8 are pretty close to what they were before, so it should give you a pretty good idea.
