If you want to see the strip, it's really not that expensive to take a cab, maybe $15 when there's a ton of traffic, less during the day. If you have time, head to the Venetian and walk around, it's our favorite hotel-the gondola ride is very fun! Also, on the top floor of M & M World is Coca Cola World and you can order a tray of sodas from all over the world to try for $7, one tray was enough for 4 of us to split. It was a fun, cheap thing to do with the kids.
