Parents Last meet before Level 4 States

Ok, I think we're ready.....last meet before states and little one did great in 3 of 4 events.....took AA around for the 6th meet in a row!! 37.550 AA score. Virginia states in 2 weeks!!! Can't quite get her vault score up...but GREAT all around in the end.

She did great! I just watched the video. As far as comments... On vault, I think she just has to run hard and accelerate as she reaches the spring board. On beam, I think she has to slow down a bit and hold her arabesque and dismount. Bars and floor look wonderful. She is fantastic!! Good luck at states.

And...L4 vault is L4 vault...it is what it is, I always say. Never have understood it, never will!

Great job. Vaut has been our problem. It is all about the run that is what I am told.
