Double flyaway full=E +.2

The rest is kind of tricky:

Double flyaway 1/2= D +.1
Back flyaway 1/2 turn to front salto=E +.2
Back flyaway 1/2 turn to double front salto=E +.2

The "E" value for the last two elements depends on very specific timing of the turn, however, by definition, they are variations of a "double flyaway with 1/2 turn"
