Taken from GymansticsHQ.com for Level 7 gymnastics requirements.

I would interpret this as two connected forward elements, one a salto (no hands touching the ground). I'm unsure if the Arabian counts as a forward element since it begins backwards (hope someone here can help out)

You also need a back or front layout in the second pass.

ok thanks :)

Hi! Question: Would roundoff - arabian stepout - front handspring be an acceptable pass for level 7 front tumbling? Or does it have to be two connected front elements (like fhs - front tuck)?

Thanks! :)
An Arabian is considered a front skill in the womens code of points, so because it has the front handspring after it, I would think it would count for a two skill front pass, however I’ve never seen this particular pass before, so I’m not 100% sure.

Just an FYI, the SRs for L7 have changed in the new code. The tumbling requirement is now:
Minimum of 2 acro passes
-1 with salto backward, minimum of 2 directly connected flight elements
-1 with salto forward (additional elements allowed)
-1 salto (forward or backward) must be stretched (no twist) and land on 2 feet

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
