Level 8 Vault

My DD has been working a tsuk for Level 8. They are not consistent. Her coach started her on Full Off's last night.

Does anyone know the start vaule for a full twist off the vault for L8?

9.3 for Level 8

The judges here might have been off, but for my dd's full twist off, they held up a start value of a 9.4. I was surprised that it was so low until she started hitting this skill on a regular basis and beating many of the tsuks with a higher start value. I'm anxious to see how her recently acquired tsuk does this year.

I am not sure how the skill looks. She just did the first ones on Friday. I think it will be nice to have that back up vault just in case she cant keep the Tsuk.

Vault has always been a weakness. But she learned a lot over the summer and can get a ton more power than she used to.

I'm going to be doing a tsuk for high school/ level eight too. My coach taught me a handspring full/1 and a half for a back up vault also.

9.3 for Level 8

I assumed since you went from tsuks to "full off" you meant 1/2 on full off vault-9.3 start value.

If you are talking a "handspring full", then it's a 9.4 start value for Level 8.
