I'm planning long term for level 9/10 when I'm 100% post knee surgery. In my province this year there are only 2 open 9's and they're not quite at "United States standards" as we say at gym, so I was wondering what a common, pretty good scoring level 9 or 10 routine would entail.

Also, for the short term, does anyone have drills I could work towards those skills without using my left knee?

I know this question is somewhat bizarre and hard to answer, but I appreciate all advice!

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
