What are the most common release moves that you’ve seen for level 9 bars? Or what are the most common routines that you see at meets, particularly for first year level 9s?

yes. You need two bar changes to meet the requirements. The only way to accomplish that is to do at least one high to low transition.So there has to be a transition from the high bar to low bar?
