Women Long sleeved Leo and grips

Do you put your grips over or under your long sleeved competition leotard?

I pull my leotard up so that I don't have to worry about the leotard with the grips however if you are talking about putting it under or putting your grips on and then pulling the leotard over the grips I would put the grips over the leotard.
