Coaches Merry merry xmas

Merry Xmas to coaches wherever you live around the world and may 2010 bring with it happiness, health, success and resolution to any of those little nagging issues (gym or otherwise). I have a few weeks off to rest old bones and lose the weight put on by consuming too much Xmas cheer.
