No mobility score, but anything under consistent 36s makes you vulnerable to repeating or being asked to move to xcel.
To move into the training group for the next level at the end of the season, you have to have most of the next-season skills. Then they all of the skills for the next level by the end of the summer before the comp season, plus about half the skills for the next 1-2 levels or the building blocks of them, depending on the level.
It results in repeats since some girls aren’t training up after their season, and plenty of girls get the skills they need in September or October but by then it’s considered too late. The exception is for injuries, which seem to earn girls the benefit of the doubt, so there have been situations where girls have probably rehabbed injuries longer than needed to bypass the August skill deadline.
The other exception is athletes who are in the daytime/fast-tracked program. They can acquire skills up to the day of the first meet if needed. I guess that builds in room to test out and skip levels, but when those girls are slow to acquire skills before meet season it creates messy optics and hard feelings.
