Mymeetscores is always missing random scores and i can't figure out how to have them add them. One of my daughters highest bar scores is missing. Anyone know how to remedy the issue? It was from her State meet too which is important..

Exact same situation here. I have tried to submit missing scores via the "Add Scores" link on the website, to no avail. The Support area of the website only allows a very limited types of issues to be submitted. No other contact info on the website.

Meetscoresonline is much better about posting all the scores, at least for level 10 women. But their website design is atrocious, and their support methods for requesting corrections also don't seem to work.

Both of those sites seem outdated and neglected, like the owners just don't care very much.

ScoreCat doesn't seem like a viable alternative either at this point. Too much missing data, and the subscription price is fairly steep.

There could be a business opportunity here for someone who is able to get access to the data and knows how to build a modern website. It would be very easy to outdo the current competitors. Funding is likely a challenge though, or else the current competitors would presumably be better. A bet a lot of parents and coaches would be willing to pay a reasonable subscription fee.

Semi-related, do any of these scoring sites mymeetscores or meetscoresonline have an api that developers can pull from?

It would probably not work well for their business model. They are just trying to make money by getting people to their sites. So even if they did have an API... I'm sure they would not open it up for free.

ProScore is integrated with ScoreCat. We ran on ScoreCat for Regionals... it was great.

Do mymeetscores, meetscoresonline, and scorecat get their data directly from meet organizers?

I have a bit of experience with developing websites and this sounds like something I wouldn't mind looking into.
I’ve wondered this too, I have been working as a software engineer/web developer for 20+ years now and if I only had access to the data… It seems that no one place has all the data for all the meets unfortunately.

I have been able to add scores to mymeetscores.com, but you have to have the link to the full results or have the files on your computer and attach them.
I have also gotten duplicate profiles combined (even when the name was misspelled in some cases).
How might you find the link to send to them?

I know mymeetscores grabs the scores from another site..

mymeetscores = no... it's a scraper.

The other two... yes.

ProScore publishes straight to certain places or your own website if you set it up.

As far as a location that contains all of the results from all spacetime... it doesn't exist. There isn't even a place that has all the data from one year that is correct.

This is how it's done in ProScore...
