I am writing a novel about an elite gymnast. Although I know a fair amount about gymnastics, I was never a high level (or even mid level) athlete, I've never coached anyone older than 5, and I don't have children. So you can see how I need some help understanding what it is like to be in those positions. I am especially interested in speaking to those involved in the elite scene, but would love to pick anyone's brain--AND my character will be going to college, so I really need to talk to some NCAA coaches/athletes about how she would fit in, etc. If you are willing to chat, please shoot me a message, and thanks!
