Level 4-7 Boys, Coaches and Parents,
I've uploaded a bunch of stuff related to the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic compulsory program at: <https://www.facebook.com/ganbagym>. If you are a Facebook (FB) user "LIKE" the page and you will get automatic updates on your own FB newsfeed. I try to find at least one cool and useful thing per day for coaches and gymnasts involved in the JO Program.
If you have suggestions (I do fish for ideas here quite a bit!) please let me know.
