My gym does optional amounts of training, for levels XB-XP and 1-10. Essentially, through these levels, you can practice anywhere between 2 days a week for 3 hours to 4 days a week for four and a half hours. So, If you feel really tired or are busy one week you can only go two days. If you wanna work a lot during competition season, you can go 4.
