Women Poem in one of Kerri Strug's Books???

I know this is incredibly random, and her books are incredibly old, but I remember trying to remember a poem that I read in one of her books... I don't even know which one it was or who it was by (definitely some other author), but I remember reading and being so inspired by this poem that I printed it out and hung it on my wall to see every morning when I woke up and every day before I went to gymnastics... When I moved out I think I threw it away but now that I'm coaching team, I want to hang it up in the gym so that every time a kid is whining or complaining, I can make them read it... If anyone knows what I am talking about, I would greatly appreciate it!!!! Thanks!
