We also use the wedge mat/ incline to make a hill when students are beginning these. Also, a spotting block close to the bar so that you can walk your feet up the wall and kick off of. The same set up can be used for conditioning. Put your feet up on the block while you are holding onto the bar with arms extended. Try bending arms and pulling your chin to the bar. You may only be able to do a few at first, but the more you practice this, the stronger you will get.
