WAG Question on Shoulder flexibility

That is excellent news, I hope she gets great results from the exercise regime.
 
Sorry I am late to this post. My DD is a level 8 this year and has absolutely awful shoulder flexibility. I am very confident she'll make L9, so they can go pretty far. She is crazy strong though.

Beam has been more of a struggle this year partly due to the lack of flexibility, but I don't see it as a big issue on any other event.

We haven't tried anything more than stretching and regular visits to a chiropractor. Would love to hear if the the PT can do something to help.
 
Well it takes a while of doing it regularly to see results but we are on day 3 now of stretching and shoulder stabilization exercizes, and so far so good. She is cooperative and cheerful, and it takes about 10-15 minutes a day. I guess in a few weeks I'll post back to let you know if it is working. vagymmomma, your story is encouraging. thanks!
