Hi everyone!
So I've seen a lot of old gymnastics videos where gymnasts do like a back hip circle, but then sort of pop of their hips? I think they're called hecht circles? Anyway, for anyone who ever did them, the million dollar question:
HOW DO YOU DO THEM?
I can't find anything online about how to do them, and they look cool, and have some progressions too!
(This is what I'm talking about)
Dismounts:
Release moves!
(0:09)
And if I can master the first release move, maybe I can do it for diamond next year.
Anyway, in summary, how do you do them?
