Women Rips on top on finger

Does my dd need new grips? She keeps on getting a rip on the top of her finger where the grip hole is. I've asked her to talk to her coaches about this but she keeps on "forgetting".

Maybe the finger holes need to be made bigger?

Not sure... I have the same problem. I taped around my fingers, although my finger holes are on the larger side. What brand grips does she have?

She has the Ten.O gecko grips. She has been tapping the finger. She grew a lot over the past year so I was wondering if maybe they were now too small. It might also be that they are too tough from the chalk.

IMO if she is not "remembering" to tell or complain to the coach then it is not bothering her too bad. When it is bad she will remember.
