Women Round Off On Beam Pain

My daughter has been getting bad heel pain when she does her round offs on beam, I'm guessing because she gets so much power, and she also doesn't go heel toe, she goes straight heel slam. I was wondering if anybody knew of a good heel pad for beam, that won't slip. She doesn't want to wear one, but she tells me her heels are hurting really bad.

It might be easier to put a pad on the beam than a pad on her foot. Does her gym have/use beam pads?
