Less weight and air drag?? That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. They are wearing skin tight spandex shorts/pants, not a pair of parachute pants or jeans.

I practice in a sleeveless leo because its more comfortable, long sleeve is only for competition (I think thats what you meant?)

for anyone dealing with body image and/or are having their period, I would recommend low-cut black dance briefs and/or semi-translucent/sheer skin tone tights (sheer tights are more breathable)

DD gym has always allowed shorts. They do however just wear leo’s during a meet week.

Same. Our girls can wear shorts or leggings for practice over leos. Comp-leo only.
