Hi all!
I am working with an Xcel Silver group for the first time this season, and I was curious about a specific Acro pass and what I need to look for to ensure it meets the proper requirements and scores well.
The proposed pass is a cartwheel step in a backward roll to stand (her other pass is a ROBHS)
In past years, we did a round off backwords roll to push up position, which needed no salute to finish and just to show proper shape. I have been using the DP compulsory level 1 floor routine video to get an idea of an accurate version of this pass, but if anyone has any tips or any common mistakes you notice at the judges' table (i.e, missed connection, incorrect body position, etc.), it would be very much appreciated! Thank you all!
< this is the video I've been using to correct the pass. Is this accurate, or should it be different to fulfill Xcel Silver Acro requirements?
