Same with L7/8 although not as diverse. It's tough to list everything that is found in optional. Also, I think those skills you listed for L7/8 are quite a bit off. The following is a sample of more of what's typically seen:

-----Level 7-
vault- FHS (sometimes 1/2on-1/2off)
bars - cast HS, freehip (to horizontal), uprise, (sometimes giants), flyaway (tuck or layout)
beam - BHS, RO, BWO-BWO, CW-CW, (sometimes BWO-BHS, FWO), FT/ BT dismount
floor- Backlayout, RO-BHS-BT, FHS-FT (rarely full or front-layout)

-----Level 8-
vault- FHS (9.0 SV), tsuk (9.7/9.8 SV) or yurshenko
bars- pirouette, freehip (to HS sometimes), giants series, flyaway (sometimes with a twist)
beam- BHS-BHS, BWO-BHS, FWO, (no BT), RO/CW/WO dismount
floor- full, frontlayout, some front-into-back tumbling series
