Women Skipping level 6

I thought level 6 didn't have to be scored out of. Is that true? If so, can someone point me to where it says that? Trying to settle a disagreement

I think that is true. My dd is going to be a level 6, but for a little while we thought she mightb go right to 7. There must be something on the USAG wedsite.

31.00 AA at Level 6 or old level 5.
Level 6 may be skipped if a 31.00 AA was achieved at Level 5 or old level 6.
