invite sent... please introduce yourself to the groupI'd love an invite as well. DD just completed her first season in L3.
I who'd love an invite also. I have a DD that competed level 3 last year and a DD that was just moved to level 3 last month. Thanks
I'd love to join!
done... please introduce yourself to the groupI'd like an invite, my daughter is joining L3.
InvitedI would like to join this group!
Invite sent. Welcome and please introduce yourself to the group. Can I get in on this? DD competed level 2 last season, and is training L3 with hopes to compete that level this season (but it is iffy due to repeat injuries - she may repeat L2).
I will respectfully disagree. The l4/5 group has been more quiet lately because it's down season and most are waiting for next seasons placement but non-members cannot possibly know whether that group is active or not, nor what a great, supportive group it is. I am looking forward to meeting new parents in the compulsory group. The L4/5 group was pretty dead (and a lot of parents were in the same position), so we combined it and now the old L2/3 Group is for all JO Compulsory level gymnasts No need to leave or change or anything.
You've been invited. Can I be added to the group?
My daughter competed new 3 last season and will hopefully compete 4 in the fall; still working on those bar skills!
I didn't mean any disrespect to the L4/L5 group. I was just going off of what I was told by people who were members of both groups... that some of the L4/L5 parents went and started a more exclusive group and that the L4/L5 forum was pretty dead after that. Then we had a lot of the L3 parents with daughters moving up to L4 that wanted to stick with the group of ppl that they have "come to know and love" so the L2/L3 group talked about adding L4. Then it was pointed out that some of the L4s would only be L4 for a year and then we would be in the same boat... so we changed it to be inclusive of all the JO Compulsory Levels (since they do have A LOT in common - like a "stupid deduction" if you aren't in 5th position when you do 'this' or your turn isn't in passé.I will respectfully disagree. the groups are not combined and I will stay a member of the 4/5 group as that is far more relevant to me, I believe there are advantages to both groups.
Thank you! My almost-7-year competed level 2 last season and is training for level 3!Invited
