Hi
i have been doing gymnastics for 4/5 years now...
and i am a level 6/7, but i dont do comeptitions
i really struggle with my box split, i really cant do it
please help me. i can do my other splits but not this one...
 
You've probably heard this a ton, but stretching everyday REALLY helps!! Stretches like "the pancake stretch" or just stretching your split as far as it will go will probably help.. Remember not to go too far too fast because that is how many gymnasts pull muscles. Good luck and let me know how it goes! :)
