Hey yall. I lift in the gym pretty regularly, but i’ve been trying to get more into functional lifts that’ll help with spotting/catching heavier kids who tend to bail. I have a few team kids that I coach who are heavier than me, and i am very confident with my ability to spot them, but sometimes it’s a struggle. I was wondering if anyone had any spotting specific lifts they do outside of work to help with that.
