Women Summer Training Hours

Level 4 last season - 16 hours
Level 6/7 last season - 20 hours
Level 8-10 last season - 25 hours

30 for dd planning on competing either 9 or 10.

Pretty sure all team 6-10 remains at 16 for summer. Maybe higher for 9/10. We used to do much more in the summer but have been making a move toward lower hours. I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing IF time is used efficiently.

My daughter is a L9 and practices 25 hours per week over the summer (5 hours per day - Monday through Friday)

My gold/platinum DD will train 12 hours a week in the summer. She thinks the level 7s will go 18 hours.

Mine is training level 9, 28 hours per week. Five hour practices m-f and a three hour practice on saturdays.

Level 10 - 20 hours during summer and school year. Summer is 4 hours a day Mon-Fri

Level 7 and up practice between 3 and 4.5 hours per day M-F
