intrigued??

So, D is having trouble with sweaty palms. He says it affects him mostly on hb, pb and pommel. He chalks on HB but it comes off quickly and looks like there is no chalk (I have seen this!) On pb he feels like his is going to slip off the bar. And on pommel it is really affecting him. He rubs his hands on the pommel to dry them a lot, but still slips.

No one else on his team seems to have this problem, and it seems to be worse right now (summer). Along those lines, he also never rips (wel, I shouldn't say never, but it is really really rare. I think it has been about 2 years for him). I am not complaining about that, but am wondering if it has something to do with all of this.

Any ideas to help him?

Anti perspirant. I think you should do a search through the forum because a lot of girls deal with this on beam.

really? just rub it on his hands?

Im just guessing. The whole point if anti perspirant is to close the pores.

Search function maybe. We never had a good solution for the girls except frequent chalk

Thanks! That was helpful. I am hoping it gets better when it isn't hot anymore, but who knows.
