Anyone have any good drills, quick fixes or methodologies for teaching a backflip? Specifically some of my gymnastics tend to have long low backflips with trouble turning over.

Just to clarify. In Australia: Backflip = Back handspringI thought it was universal.

I realize you don't have much information about their back handsprings but i am more interested in how you go about teaching the skill.if that makes sense.
