Women Toe shoot fall?

How should you fall if you miss a toe shoot? I know some people fall on their feet but I fall flat on my stomach and can’t change it so I want to know how to make that the least painful.. Are my legs supposed to be straight or bent? Any other tips on how to fall on stomach out of toe shoot?

1) This most likely means you're doing the toe shoot correctly; a proper toe shoot should have enough rotation to take you past your feet

2) To answer your question: if you can roll, roll. If you can't roll, land as flat as possible, with the head neutral.
