You'll probably only find videos for state testing in youtube. The official state testing videos are posted on the USAG website under TOPS/Hopes. You'll also find what will be covered during national testing. However, if it is not posted in the USAG website, which it currently isn't, I doubt you'll find any videos on the national testing anywhere since parents are not even allowed in the gymnasium. I do not know what coaches are allowed to do. But your coach should know know all the requirements. Below is a link to the state testing videos. There is also a wealth of information in this website.

Wow, the bars seems to be miles ahead of beam and floor in terms of difficulty.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
