Is there a resource to find the historical qualifying scores for USAG Xcel?

I'm not sure what you mean?
For mobility through levels? This is the chart for 2019.

In 2022, Gold can be entry-level. You won't need to score out of silver to go to XG. I cannot find the official USAG chart for 22-26 though...but you said historical so here it is
