I'm competing as an event specialist in USAIGC Nationals in Ft Lauderdale, FL, on June 30th, 14+ Bronze Level. Is anyone else going to be there? I can't wait and I'm super excited but scared because I sprained my arm! :O Also I hope I won't forget to smile during my routine! :floor:

This is also going to be my first flight without my parents! :D:D:D

PS: Any advice for front handspring step out connections? I need to work on keeping my legs super straight during my front handspring step out going into other skills. I have a front handspring step out connection in both tumbling passes!

Good luck!!!! For the FHS stepout, keep your head back. No matter what. That's what got me through level 6 with the FHS stepout FHS.

Actually, don't be too stiff in your legs on the landing. That'll just kill your speed. You need to bend your legs a bit, just like you would do coming down from your hurdle.
