Is there a web app for video editing, e.g., I can change the .mov file so that it shows my daughter's new kickover skill but not her brother then suddenly trying to throw a bhs on the same mat and hitting her and then her crying?

I'm not sure about a web app., but I have iMovie on my Mac which works great. I think you could use Windows Movie Maker to do the same thing. That appears to be a free download. Good luck!

Aww bless her heart! I don't blame you for wanting to cut that part out ;)

I use One True Media and it's free. They also have a pay service which allows you access to lots more gizmos & gadgets not to mention HD downloading. I pay for the premium service which is $3.99 or you can pay for the year at one time.

The site takes a little bit to learn your way around but when you do it's pretty easy to whip out a video.
