I belong to Pakistan, Karachi city, I do yoga excersices since 1988 and achived flexibilities like splits/streachings, I can do front Handspring.

Now, I want to learn Flip/Tuck but unluckly we do not have Gymnastic facilities in Pakistan. Please guide how to learn this safely.

Without a gymnastic facility, your safest best is using a swimming pool. I am not even advocating of flipping from the edge or a diving board into a pool.

More so, drilling your flips while being submerged completely in water or at least up to your shoulders.

This won't really train your body how to do it out of run into a jump, but well; that's not your starting place.

Actually the first thing is to master a variety of basic rolls.

Thank you very much for your kind reply. Please let me know what would be the "variety of basic rolls".

Forward roll in tuck and straddle, backward roll in tuck, pike, and straddle and to handstand; sideways barrel rolls. Handstand forward rolls, dive rolls, etc.
