I used to do Xcel but for the past couple years I've been competing gymnastics for my high school. Just out of curiosity, what level would you place me in based on these routines? JO or xcel, don't care. I'm in the US.
Vault: 1/2 - 1/1
Bars: Straddle cut, Kip cast freehip (not to handstand), Kip squat on, Uprise, freehip, Kip cast flyaway
Beam: cartwheel round off, front handspring, split jump tuck 3/4, beat jump split jump, barani dismount
Floor: Switch leap to some jump, tuck 1/1 jump, front tuck step out round off back tuck, front layout, 1 1/2 turn

Wait, I am wrong, let me find out.

You (according to the site Link Removed) are a level Gold (Xcel.) Researching this has made me look into Xcel a lot more!
She is well past Xcel Gold. She has 4 B skills on 3 of the events. In Gold, they don't need ANY B skills. She would even do well in Diamond (with a 9.9 SV on vault)

Excel platinum, since you don't have a handstand in your bar routine. But, if you got a cast handstand or a handstand somewhere in your bar routine you would be a diamond.

A handstand isn't required in Diamond.
5 A and 2 B: Straddle cut - B; Kip - A; Free hip - B; Kip - A; Squat on - A; Uprise - B; Free hip - B; Flyaway - A.
1. Skill finishing in a clear support at a min. of 45° from vertical (not mount or dismount) - Free hip #1 meets this as long as it is to 45º or better
2. Min “B” 360° Circling Skill - Free hip #1 meets this
3. Min. “B” skill - either a Release, Pirouette or 2nd 360° Circling Skill, (same as or different from SR#2) - Free hip #2 meets this.
4. Salto or Hecht Dismount – High Bar - Flyaway meets this.
