Hey Guys . I'm a prep op intermediate at my gym . IF you didn't know a prep optional has it's own set of rules , the scoring's different , and all the girls have different routines and yeah . so being a prep op opens alot of doors for creativity . im looking to see if anyone has any cool ideas i could use in a routine . i have really good back flexibilty and right now i have like a front walkover cartwheel but im looking to spice things up.
