WAG What's the hardest part of vault for you/your DD? Jump, take-off, sticking it?

So would do you think, what is the hardest part of a tsuk or a yuri?

Some people say it's the jump on the table, some say it's the take-off, but most people I know think it's the landing.

In my gym, kids start learning these at L6, sometimes at L5! All of them
can do tsuks and yuris into a pit, but they usually don't do it onto mats until they are L7!

What is your guess?

My dd is not at this level yet but so far the hardest part of her vault is the run. . She never runs fast enough.

My kids is not at a level to learn these yet. But, I imagine the landings are only hard if the other parts are not being executed correctly.

Oh and yes, just as the previous poster stated my dd's issue is the run too. With vault it all builds. If she ran faster then her punch would be better etc....

For DD it is the run and then getting a decent block. Both have improved tremendously since starting tsuks.
