I saw someone doing a back walk over, but ending with the other foot.
So if my DD takes off with the right, normally she would put her right foot down.
This skill is a switch and she would land with her left, and kind of go through a hand stand.

Any idea If it is a skill, and if it has a name?

We are trying to find a cool B that's not a BHS or a split jump....both of which are fine, but she wants something different......I don't think the BWO switch is a B but it is pretty cool.

No press (no gymnast in my family can do one!LOL).
She can do the Valdez, but not so pretty......but maybe for L7
So far, L-6 it will be tick tock series into BWO switch,
Then the leaps, and full turn, then a BWO-BT dismount.
On - off.

Ah, ok thank you! Looks beautiful! I will see if she can do it.......could it be a B.?

Lots of cool Bs. Handstand forward roll, back extension roll, back or forward walkover with half turn in handstand...
The back walkover stoop through is a C actually.

This ist the regular code, you might want to check with the JO code.

JO Code,
thanks everyone for all the great ideas! She has so much to choose from!
Maybe I will post the vid when its done :)

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
