Parents How do you check the USAG status of a new coach?

I am pretty sure that I knew how to do this once upon a time....but no longer! Can someone instruct me on how to figure out if a new coach coming to our gym is certified with USAG? And if they are certified, does that guarantee that they have a clean background check and no pending Safesport or USAG claims against them? Thanks!
