You should never feel bad about crying at gymnastics. Tears are often part of the sport, it is hard and it is frustrating and sometimes a bit of a cry makes you feel better.

Never be ashamed to cry, because you wouldn't cry if you didn't care.

I'm a big crier myself, mainly because I get afraid of certain skills. It's like a stack of dominoes, my mental block causes my coach to get frustrated, getting me into an even worse state, usually ending in screaming from the coach and tears from me. I've been trying harder not to cry, but it's harder than it seems as it causes more frustration, and usually when I get into such a state, when I go home and really think about it, it motivates me to just go for the skill next time.
