    Women "Elite Gym" or not?

    We have 3 elites that are dropping back to level 10 this year and my coach has coached many elites. Since we no longer have any elites, are we still an "Elite Gym"? My coach was telling us that he wants to just have a very strong level 10 team this year and not worry about elite or anything.
