    Want to Learn Tuck/Flip at age of 36

    I belong to Pakistan, Karachi city, I do yoga excersices since 1988 and achived flexibilities like splits/streachings, I can do front Handspring. Now, I want to learn Flip/Tuck but unluckly we do not have Gymnastic facilities in Pakistan. Please guide how to learn this safely.
