Women Aerial full beam dismount

Coach wants me to compete an aerial full dismount off beam in level 8 or 9.

What is the skill worth (A, B?), and does anyone have a video? I can't find one, and I'm a kid who needs to see it before they do it.

Aerial full dismount is a B. Found one on YouTube searching for front full dismount(front full dismount would actually take off from two feet and be a C)

Thank you! That's perfect. Too bad C is restricted in L8 as front full would actually be easier IMO, but this will make it easier to learn

You're allowed one "C" element in level 8, if I'm not mistaken. So you could use it
