Hecht dismounts no longer fill the special requirements at any JO level, they all have to be saltos. That changed this year with the new quadrenium. So I'm not sure what the solution would be for girls with blocks on the flyaway.
 
I've been coaching for 10+ years and have never seen that dismount! Are there any FIG judges here? The description above doesn't exactly state that it needs to be done from undergrip... So I wonder if it would still count as a skill under FIG rules. I'm afraid it doesn't but you never know...
After seeing this dismount, one of my gymnast wanted to try it. But our system requires a B value dismount (FIG). So we added half a twist. Next step is going with a video to the officials and ask to get a value for this element. Let's see. If they don't recognize it as sth then we switch back to the normal tuck half or toe front.
