any good at home legs conditioning?

i had a back injury so i was away from gymnastics for a while so i couldnt do much leg at home conditioning and now i need to build up that musle again.....does anyone have any excerises for me that i can do at home or the gym?:confused:
 
You could do:
Frog jumps
Wall sits
Sumo heel raises
I can't think of anymore at the moment!haha
Well most pf the led conditioning we do at the gym ahs mats or and excersise ball. If you have and excersise all I could give you a lot more.
 
Single Leg Squats. Use a candlestick roll and stand up on one leg.

That and squat jumps.

Lunges are ok and are acceptable until you can do switching lunge jumps. Step-ups are ok, but these should be weighted because otherwise they are too easy more than likely.

For your back I would reccomend doing superman holds and superman (horizontal) leg lifts where you lie on a horse or table.
