Alyssa983 Jan 1, 2011 #1 I had my back hip circle and did it like, 2 times. Now, I still can't do it and really need help with it. What's something that could help me with doing them. I am very close and don't know what I am doing wrong. Anything helps! Thanks!

GetaGrip Jan 1, 2011 #2 Be sure to cast high and keep your arms straight. Also keep your body straight and your butt tight. That should help your backhip circles a LOT.
